  • 1 cup Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 0.5 cups Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 avocado, Optional Slices

Instructions

  1. Warm the chicken in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until heated through.
  2. Mix in the Honey BBQ sauce and stir until chicken is fully coated and bubbling.
  3. Prepare your flour tortillas on a clean surface, warming in the microwave for about 10 seconds if desired.
  4. Assemble the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and top with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and onions if using.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Sear the wraps seam-side down in the skillet for about 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, with avocado slices on the side if desired.
