Delicious and healthy homemade granola bars packed with oats, nuts, and dried fruits, perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 cup nut butter (e.g., peanut butter, almond butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., cranberries, raisins)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together oats, nuts, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Melt nut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  4. Pour the nut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the dried fruits and vanilla extract gently.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into a prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
