Soft, fluffy dinner rolls perfect for any meal, made from scratch to elevate your dining experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F to 115°F)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and place them in a greased baking pan.
  7. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Brush with melted butter before serving.
