  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (Use dairy-free chocolate chips if preferred.)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (Any neutral oil can be used.)
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Collect all your ingredients on the countertop, keeping everything organized.
  2. Mix Your Base: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted.
  4. Combine the Mixtures: Pour melted chocolate into your yogurt and peanut butter mix. Fold gently until well combined.
  5. Portion into Molds: Use a spoon or mini ice cream scoop to portion the mixture into silicone molds.
  6. Time to Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for about 60 minutes until firm.
  7. Pop and Garnish: Remove the bites from the molds and roll in crushed peanuts or sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
