Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil (e.g., olive or vegetable)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mixed seeds, cornstarch, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add water gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until thin.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.

  7. Cool before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Revive stale crispbreads in the oven at 300°F (150°C).
