  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast: In a bowl, combine warm milk, pineapple juice, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine ingredients: Add sugar, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
  3. Mix in eggs and flour: Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough: Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise: Place in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch and divide the dough: Punch down the dough and divide into small balls.
  7. Second rise: Place balls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake the rolls: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
