  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 bag (10-15 oz.) coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits (drained)
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dressing in a medium bowl by combining Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine the coleslaw mix, pineapple tidbits, and macadamia nuts in a large bowl to create a vibrant mixture.
  3. Dress the slaw mixture by pouring the creamy dressing over it and stir gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.
