  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 red onion, cut into squares
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
