A comforting Hash Brown Casserole with creamy textures and a delightful crunch, perfect for brunch or dinner.

  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the thawed hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  5. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave.
