A comforting, one-pan meal featuring ground beef and broccoli, perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground beef into the skillet and cook until nicely browned.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir for a few moments.
  5. Add in the beef broth and soy sauce, mixing everything well.
  6. Cover and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.

Notes
