A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with the deep flavors of Guinness beer, making for a unique dessert that’s perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup Guinness beer
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter, then press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour in the Guinness beer and sour cream, mixing until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over your prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce for an extra treat. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
