A warm and satisfying skillet meal featuring ground turkey and tender potatoes, seasoned with aromatic herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes and pour in the chicken broth.
  5. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
