A creamy, minty delight perfect for the holiday season, combining silky semi-sweet chocolate with festive peppermint flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (as needed)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring.
  7. Pour the mint layer over the set chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  9. Refrigerate for an additional 1-2 hours until fully set.
  10. Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
