Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps

Delicious wraps filled with juicy grilled shrimp, creamy Caesar dressing, and fresh romaine lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl: olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the shrimp by adding it to the marinade and letting it soak for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Cool down the shrimp slightly after removing them from the grill.
  6. Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  7. Assemble the wrap by laying a tortilla flat and adding the lettuce mixture and grilled shrimp.
  8. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you roll it up.
  9. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Pair with sweet potato fries or a tomato salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers separately to maintain freshness.
