Delicious and healthy grilled salmon burgers that are easy to prepare and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the salmon by removing the skin and chopping it finely.
  3. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.
  4. Form the salmon mixture into four even patties.
  5. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Serve on toasted burger buns with desired toppings.

Notes

If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs. Use a food thermometer to check if the patties are done (should read 145°F).
