  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, fresh herbs, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Rub the marinade generously all over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on the hot grill and grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let the pork sit with the marinade for at least 15 minutes before grilling for enhanced flavor. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
