Fresh and vibrant tacos featuring grilled Mahi Mahi, crunchy cabbage, and creamy avocado, perfect for a summer evening.

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the Mahi Mahi fillets generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned Mahi Mahi on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled Mahi Mahi onto the tortillas and topping with cabbage and avocado.
  7. Serve your tacos with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

Make sure to grease the grill grates to prevent the fish from sticking. Adjust toppings to your preference.
