This Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken is a delightful dish with smoky aromas and vibrant flavors of lemon and fresh herbs, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
