Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb, cut into cubed pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat lamb cubes and chopped vegetables in the marinade.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Assemble the skewers by threading lamb and vegetables alternately.
  6. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
