Juicy and tender grilled lamb chops marinated with garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice, perfect for any celebratory occasion.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Coat the lamb chops generously with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
