A delightful summer dish featuring marinated grilled chicken topped with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Melt the mozzarella on top of the chicken during the last minute of grilling.
  5. Let it rest after grilling for a few minutes.
  6. Layer tomatoes, basil, and drizzle with balsamic glaze on top of the chicken.
  7. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
