Ingredients

  • Flatbread or cauliflower crust
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Tomato, diced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). If you’re using flatbread, place it on a baking sheet. For cauliflower crust, follow the package instructions to prepare it properly!
  2. Layer the shredded chicken evenly over the flatbread or cauliflower crust.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce generously over the chicken.
  4. Add diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until edges are crispy and toppings are heated through.
