Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Feta cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for the baking magic ahead.
  2. Combine the rice, chicken broth, and olive oil in a baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and season with salt and pepper.
