  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) until evenly mixed.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  8. Cool the cookies for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
