A delightful cocktail that blends fresh carrot juice, zesty orange, and bubbly Champagne or Prosecco, perfect for celebrating spring.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh carrot juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (honey mixed with warm water)
  • 3 oz chilled champagne or prosecco
  • Ice (optional)
  • Thin carrot ribbon or orange slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather your juices by measuring out 2 oz of fresh carrot juice and 1 oz of orange juice.
  2. Make the honey syrup by mixing 1/2 oz of honey with warm water until smooth.
  3. Shake the carrot juice, orange juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker, adding ice if desired.
  4. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute, filling it halfway.
  5. Top it off with 3 oz of chilled champagne or prosecco.
  6. Garnish your drink with a thin carrot ribbon or orange slice.
