Ingredients

  • 2 inches raw ginger (peeled)
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 lemons (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 oranges (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 inches raw turmeric (peeled) or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 24 cloves peeled raw garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Start by skinning your fresh ginger and turmeric, then quarter your lemons and oranges. If you’re using fresh garlic, peel it as well.
  2. Blend the Goodness: Place all your prepared ingredients into a high-powered blender. Pour in the filtered water and drizzle in the apple cider vinegar. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Strain the Mixture: Using a mesh strainer, pour the blended mixture through into a large bowl. This step ensures you get a smooth juice without any pulp, making every shot easy to drink.
  4. Bottle It Up: Utilize a measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring, and transfer the strained juice into bottles. This not only makes storage neat but also allows you to pour easily later.
  5. Chill and Shake: Store your Spicy Ginger Wellness Shots in the refrigerator. When it’s time to enjoy them, give the bottles a good shake to mix everything up before consuming.
