Crispy baked wings coated in a delicious garlic butter and Parmesan cheese mixture, perfect for gatherings.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken wings with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  6. Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure wings are fully coated with seasoning and don’t crowd the baking sheet.
