A quick and comforting dish of succulent shrimp coated in garlic and parmesan, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly and fragrant.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper, for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the parmesan cheese and lemon juice, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
