A quick and tantalizing dish of succulent shrimp bathed in a luxurious melted butter sauce infused with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Coat the peeled and deveined shrimp in the mixture.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink.
  6. Serve immediately as an appetizer or with salad or pasta.
