A flavorful blend of corn, garlic, and parmesan that transforms a humble side into a superstar of the meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it becomes foamy and fragrant.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the butter for 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the corn kernels and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the corn begins to caramelize.
  4. Mix in the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts smoothly.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh corn if possible. Frozen corn works as well. Experiment with different cheeses or add jalapeños for heat.
