  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them gently until they’re evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the coated wings marinate in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
