Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces elbow macaroni
1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons garlic butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the milk and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Combine the cooked macaroni and steak with the cheese sauce, mixing until well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
