A rich and indulgent Garlic Butter Steak that’s easy to prepare yet feels gourmet, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and add a little oil to coat the bottom.
  3. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Add butter, minced garlic, and herbs to the skillet in the last minute of cooking.
  5. Baste the steak with the melted butter and garlic mix.
  6. Rest the steak for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the steak warm, drizzled with the garlic butter on top.

Notes
