A simple yet decadent dish featuring shrimp cooked in garlic and butter, perfect for quick weeknight meals or entertaining guests.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add to the pan.
  4. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
