  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops generously on both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.
  4. Place the seasoned pork chops into the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and reach 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
