A stunning fruit tart filled with creamy pastry cream and topped with vibrant, fresh fruits, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 1 cup pastry cream
  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam (optional, for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon water (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the tart shell according to package instructions until golden brown.
  2. Allow the tart shell to cool completely.
  3. Spread the pastry cream evenly in the cooled tart shell.
  4. Arrange assorted fresh fruits on top of the pastry cream in a colorful manner.
  5. Heat apricot jam with water until melted, and brush the glaze over the fruits.
  6. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered loosely with plastic wrap for up to two days.
