A refreshing summer treat made with creamy yogurt, vibrant berries, and a drizzle of honey, perfect for a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries, granola, and nuts evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy your Frozen Yogurt Bark!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, separated by parchment paper.
