A refreshing summer salad featuring peppery arugula and a delightful mix of strawberries and blueberries, topped with creamy goat cheese and balsamic glaze.

  • 8 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries gently under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Prepare the strawberries by hulling and slicing them into thin rounds.
  3. Crumble the goat cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Assemble the salad by starting with a base of baby arugula in a large bowl.
  5. Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the arugula.
  6. Top with crumbled goat cheese.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze generously over the salad.
  8. Toss the salad gently and serve immediately.
