A deliciously moist eggless banana bread that captures the nostalgia of family baking.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  4. Add sugar and vanilla extract, stirring well.
  5. Gently stir in the flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the loaf cool before slicing and serving.
