  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Whisk the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg, then stir in the diced apples.
  3. Combine the Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Heat the Oil: Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the Fritters: Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain Excess Oil: Remove the fritters and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
