A creamy, cheesy casserole that combines shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, and a crunchy topping, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, frozen broccoli, and chopped green onions in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Mix the crushed buttery crackers with melted butter to create a topping.
  6. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Great for using leftover chicken.
