  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Add the sliced flank steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat Up the Griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  4. Sauté the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the griddle, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until browned.
  5. Add the Vegetables: Toss in the sliced bell peppers, onion, and broccoli, stir-frying for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
