A delightful twist on traditional carrot cake, layered in mason jars with cream cheese frosting and crushed pineapple, perfect for spring celebrations.

  • 2 cups of carrot cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of cream cheese frosting
  • 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
  • Colored sprinkles for decoration
  • Easter-themed candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the carrot cake mix instructions.
  2. Combine 2 cups of carrot cake mix, 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, and 3 large eggs in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake as per the package instructions.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. Crumble the cooled cake into small pieces.
  6. In your mason jars, create layers with crumbled carrot cake, cream cheese frosting, and crushed pineapple.
