Delightful cookie cups filled with a luscious white chocolate ganache and topped with playful M&M bunny candies, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms (or 2 per cookie cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cake mix and flour in a mixing bowl. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, mixing until blended into a dough.
  3. Scoop the dough into balls, roll in sugar, and place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  5. Press a small round object into the center of each cookie to create cups.
  6. Make the ganache by microwaving white chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth.
  7. Fill each cooled cookie cup with ganache and top with M&M bunny candies.

Notes

Chill cookie cups before filling to keep everything intact. You can use different chocolates or sprinkles for decoration.
