Soft, buttery cookie cups filled with luscious white chocolate ganache and topped with colorful M&Ms for a delightful Easter treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms (or 2 per cookie cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cake mix and flour in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop and shape the dough into balls, roll in sugar, and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Create a cup shape by pressing a small round object into the center of each cookie; let cool completely.
  7. Make the ganache by combining white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a heatproof bowl; microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  8. Fill each cooled cookie cup with ganache and top with M&Ms as desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Refrigerate for longer storage.
