  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 lbs strawberries
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberries by cleaning and slicing them; set aside, leaving some whole for garnish.
  2. Toast the kataifi pastry in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes, then let cool completely.
  3. Mix the pistachio butter and tahini in a microwave-safe bowl, heat for 30 seconds, then stir until combined.
  4. Combine the cooled kataifi with the pistachio-tahini mixture for a crunchy texture.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave using short bursts until smooth.
  6. Layer in serving cups with sliced strawberries, the pistachio-kataifi mixture, and melted chocolate, repeating until filled.
  7. Garnish with crushed pistachios for extra texture and appeal.
