Simple, versatile, and utterly delightful crêpes that can be enjoyed sweet or savory.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
  • Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
  2. Rest the batter for 20 minutes to achieve a creamy texture.
  3. Preheat your nonstick pan over medium-low heat and lightly butter the surface.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan and swirl to coat.
  5. Cook the crêpe for 30 to 45 seconds until the edges lift.
  6. Flip the crêpe and cook for an additional 20 seconds until slightly golden.
  7. Stack each crêpe on a plate, keeping them warm under a towel.
  8. Serve with your favorite fillings and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, don’t skip the resting time and ensure the pan is at the right temperature.
