  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion
  • 0.5 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 large Whole Wheat Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping cucumber and halving cherry tomatoes.
  3. Mix the chicken with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the wraps by layering lettuce and the chicken mixture on the tortillas.
  5. Add some shredded cheese over the filling.
  6. Roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
