Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and Peel the Cucumber
  2. Prepare the Avocados
  3. Halve the Cherry Tomatoes
  4. Thinly Slice the Red Onion
  5. Combine the Veggies
