This flavorful Crockpot Salsa Chicken is perfect for busy weeknights, combining tender chicken with zesty salsa, beans, and corn, all cooked to perfection in your slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
